Braille

Wool and viscose rug. Braille is a tactile surface, a texture of soft 'dots' in Tencel worked onto a wool base. It originates from a square grid surface and then spreads out discontinuously. The unique irregular twist of the dots enhances the tactile aspect of the rug.
