Natural yarns are the central protagonists of Warli's creations. Not only the most well-known, such as wool, linen, and silk, but also bamboo silk or banana silk, soft and lustrous fibers derived from the cellulose of these plants, or tencel, an ecological fiber obtained from the regeneration of cellulose from eucalyptus and beech wood because even in natural fibers, innovation never stops.
Warli uses only locally produced natural fibers processed without chemical treatments, employing only certified 'azo free' dyes and natural latex derived from the rubber tree.
For its outdoor products, Warli utilizes synthetic yarns that possess the appearance of natural fibers and are recyclable at the end of their lifespan; all materials capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions. These include acrylic and polypropylene, which are easy to maintain and resistant to saltwater, chlorine, stains, humidity, and UV rays.
Warli's research has also led to the creation of new products that minimize environmental impact through reduced energy consumption and the use of eco-friendly materials such as Econyl (nylon) and Raytent (acrylic), as well as various derivatives from the recycling of PET or aluminum. Sustainability and environmental stewardship represent fundamental values for Warli, a company that places design at the center of the entire product lifecycle – from conception to production, use, and disposal.
